Asolo Rep’s Oedipus- Long considered one of the greatest plays ever written, Oedipus is the story of one very flawed hero discovering the awful burden of power and the impossibility of ignoring the whims of fate. Big Cat Habitat - Big Cat Habitat and Gulf Coast Sanctuary is an ever-growing large-animal rescue in eastern Sarasota County. The nonprofit sanctuary is a permanent home for dozens of exotic animals, offers placement for animals in need, and works to educate the public about animal care and conservation. Admission is $18 and goes to the care and upkeep of the animals.

Jungle Gardens - A tropical adventure awaits all who visit Sarasota Jungle Gardens.
